They finally changed the requirements for the War College Ribbon. It no longer involves win:lose ratio, oh no, now all you need is, and I quote from formitron.com is...
-200 wins
-100h as commander
-25,000 commander points

Agreed. Few can get a 3:1 W/L ratio unless they are bailing a loosing team to get on the winning side or Clan stacking one team.

OK, flame away but that is a fact, it is nearly impossible.

If you can get a 3:1 W/L ratio with out doing any of the above you are a BF2 God. You would have to take on the entire other team nearly all by yourself. If you can do this and tip the scales (without hacking) and cause a win, then my hats off to you.
