FINALLY!!! lol.. but there's a twist..




i had the 3:1 ratio and 50 hrs just when the patch was released.. lol.. so yeah.. i've earned this ribbon in 1.22. if you are close to the past reqs, well rolling back is still good. there are still a few servers... around 60-90, but theyr'e becoming smaller... well just i tought i share this tip, if you dont want to spend 100 hrs comanding, or 25,000 comanding points.. :p

FINALLY I CAN PATCH TO 1.3, altough i've heard bad things about it.. surprise surprise.. wish me luck.

Because if one assumes all things (players, servers, maps, etc.) are random, then simple statistics and probability predict a 1:1 win/loss ratio. <shrug>

I chose the honest route by staying in command even when my team was losing, still trying to do my best for the team, instead of switching sides. And guess what, I'm only 400 commander points away from the war college ribbon even with w/l ration of barely over 1. However it took me 200 hours as commander to get to 25,000 commander points. During my playtime I wasn't too concerned with the ribbon, but now, what I deserved it's coming to me anyway. I should probably have it by tomorrow.
