I don't think i will be getting this one the thought of patch after patch coming out puts me off the next game in this genre i will be buying is armed assult by the same guys who made operation flashpoint looks fantastic huge maps loads of weapons fully supporting the mod community google it and see for yourselfs.

crowd.........well, keep in mind, what you see, isnt what you get, when it comes to game videos, and the actual game.

I've said this at least a half dozen times in this forum. Go look at some of BF2's early propaganda videos. Watch them. I mean really watch them. After you do....you will realize, that those videos, arnt the game they shipped to us.

People bitch about everything. I personally thought BF2 was fine after the first patch. I also really didn't hear any complaints from the people who played it at E3, you know, the polish state, glitches ect. They are still running on an optimised version of the BF2 engine you know, i'm sure they have everything figured out, wich is how i can see very little glitches ect. From what i've seen everyone liked it. I personally can't wait for this game, along with many others. It will be a great improvement for the Battlefield series, getting into the '' future '' age, and wonder what they're going to do after this. Probably any war.

EA/DICE make good videos as well as good patches. Ever since 1.3 is released, I feel BF2 has returned to pre-1.22 state. Less laggy, faster load times and quicker restart of respawn is all I need.
