BFHQ vs BF2S

I go to BF2HQ and it says I am like | | far into my next rank I go to bf2s.com and it says 50% im confused :-/ I am actually 50% to my next rank

BF2s takes up to 24 hours to update sometimes longer. The changes made to the ranks with the latest patch could also have something to do with delays.

I thought they only decreased time not made it more? Im not talking about it updating im talking about them both saying differently how far I am to my next rank

They didn't make any changes to the ranks, they only made changes to the awards(ribbons/medals). Your initial post is confusing to some extent. I thought your question was already answered. If bf2s has not updated they you will receive inaccurate information. Use www.bf2stats.nl or www.bf2player.com they are a lot faster in updating than bf2s.

always use www.bf2player.com.... much better than bf2s. And the guy in charge constantly updates the system when EA changes awards etc...Plus they stay almost exactly equal within 10 minutes of your BFHQ...

bfhq shows your progress from your last rank.

bf2s shows it from a score of zero.

so if you are say 14,000 points

you will be around 75 percent on bf2s as 14,000 is 3/4 of the way from 0 to 20,000 and 50 percent on bfhq as 14,000 is hlaf way from 8,000 to 20,000

bf2player-> very updated, but long page load
bf2s-> u gotta press f5 to refresh to page to update the stats, but still is very updated, every 2hrs.
bf2stats-> updates every 30mins. very updated too.
personally i use bf2player most becos it looks better and is updated constantly, no waitin time.

you could try:

ive also noticed that some stat trackers show your progress to a rank while another stat tracker shows your progress to another rank. something like your progress to first sergent, but you wont rank up if you were a master sergent when the patch (like 1.2 or something) came out and messed with the ranks.

bf2s : ur curent global points / the next rank
bf2hq: the points u got since ur last promotion/the next rank.
