Cannot join EA servers: I have "newer version"?

I just recently upgraded to 1.3 and now it looks like I can't join about 95% of all servers, including the EA Official Servers. They are all red and when I click to join it says that I have a newer version than is running on the server. I updated from 1.22 with the incremental patch.

Are the EA servers not running 1.3? I know it was having some problems but I never saw anything about reverting back to an old version. Anyone else having this problem?

Nope, check your filters and setting on the server browser and click apply. Then update your server list.

Yup,the same things happening to me.I'm using ASE as my browser.

Im not sure but i heard since 1.3 ASE is broke.

I wonder if ASE being broke is whats happening.Later on today I'll try the in game browser and see what happens.

I'm getting this message through the game server browser. EVERY server is like this.

When I join a server, the map briefing screen has all the parameters like ticket count, spawn time, etc set to 0. They display as normal in the 'preview' in the browser.

I am just using the ingame server browser, not ASE. At first I used the incremental patch and it didn't work, and now I downloaded the full patch and ran it and it still does not work. I am just going to try to reinstall to see if this fixes the problem.

Ok I did a fresh reinstall and it still says I have a newer version than the EA servers. I cant figure this out.

Ya me too.I've tried both ASE and the ingame browser and I get the same thing,Newer version!Whats going on??I can't belive no servers have upgraded to 1.3.

I just looked on ASE and all the game vertions were the 552's which is (I think)the unpatched game.That can't be right some have must have patched the game.

Well I tried the ingame browser and it worked fine.So in my case it looks like a ASE problem.I guess I'll have to try an ASE forum to get this one fixed.
