Well here's the thing, so do I :)

I installed the FULL patch and after about 7 hours of play since have had no CTD and no server crash. I have always been lucky with BF2, never having any real problems. I don't use the ingame browser, never have done, so the ping problem doesn't worry me.

If a patch did mess the game up so much that I couldn't play I'd probably just bitch about it here once or twice and then just head out and see how much the world has changed in the past 10 months :)

iif clanners leave what do you think what will happen to bf2 .

Nothing much will happen (IMHO). The Ranked EA server make sure that there will always be places to play and the public don't need to reply on the clan support.

I tend to play on about 5 ranked servers, all run by BF2 players that clubbed together to pay for them. It isn't a clan, just a bunch of mates who like to play together. I can't see how the departre of BF2 clans would/could affect them.

I think the oppesite because I think the clans are the the solid base of a nice community and a nice game experience.

because if you only set pubbers next to pubbers that would not work so well like in clans those people are playing togehter all the time to win with nice teamplay.

Im ssorry krysiss, i know you have english as a second or more language, but you're really confusing the buggery outta me.. its true that you dont get the teamplay out of pubbers that you do from clanners.. but if you only enjoy playing with clans and avoiding pubbers why have you spent more than 3 days on ranked pub servers??? if you hate it that much, im confused why you wouldnt just play on unranked, private servers

because unrankend or cumstom is hardly to full
that why I love the ABR systeem but know EA/dice has )(*#%$

**** could be fixed, but it isn't going to be, so I learn to live with it.

I noticed that I go lone wolf more after 1.3 becasue you can't join squads on your downtime... (deaths)
