1.30: How can you let your squad leaders know a Vehicle drop is availabe?

In commander view when you right click on a squad, how do you say, "Vehicle drop is available!!!", like how you can say supplies are available?

You can't.

But does it really matter? The refresh bar moves so quickly that if a SL asks for one you and there's none ready then you just have to wait a bit until you can drop it.

Its not about me letting the Squad leader know that I can't drop it, "Transport not available in your area!!!" I want to let them know that I DO have a transport ready, "Transport Available Upon Your Request!!!"

But what we are saying is that it doesn't matter.

If a SL wants one he'll ask for one (I hope!) and when he does you either fire it off or wait for the bar to refresh. Whenever I need arty or supplies I ask, not wondering if it's ready or not.

Yeah it'd be nice to have the option to let the SL know it's ready but it's probaby pretty far down on the "list of things to fix" :)

There is a simple solution - either team chat (type a message) or use the commander voice comms to talk to your SLs... Novel idea for some players I know, but I'm sure most people on this forum recognise the value of communication between squadmates, and SL and commander...

If a Squadleader does his job, & provides a safe spawn, he will get zero points lmao. Don't expect what they obviously expected will happen. It won't because SL's also want to play the game.

guys sometimes the bar for this doesn't move so fast, it might take a while untill u can use the comand. i too would like to be able to say vehicel drop etc, etc
