100 Best Rounds?

Ok, since the patch, I have come close to the Navy Cross medal. And one of its requirements is "100 best rounds", now i am baffled at this, does this mean first place in the whole round, cos i've just been point whoring the hell out of karkand just now and yesterday, and the "100 best round" score hasn't changed. Am i wrong to assusme it means 1st place?

You need to get 100 points IAR as USMC.

I'm having a bit of trouble getting a round score of over 100 with China, has anyone got tips or suggestions on the best way to get this? I've tried commanding on Wake Is. on almost empty server quite a few times but am getting no where near 100.

You don't have to be first place, you just need at least 100 points in a round. I suggest playing 64 maps with 32 or less players. That's how almost every round I play I have 100+ points.

:cry: Getting over 100 in a j-10 only would be 45+ kills (with a few kill assists)... my best in like 30. Not gonna happen.

Instead of thinking about j-10 whoring, focus on taking flags and team work. It's not such a big accomplishment to kill poor infantry with jet or tank, but with a rifle it is. That way you are showing how much you're really worth as a player.

Go tank whoring on a "High-Points" server with 32 people max on a armor-focused map (Gulf of Oman, Dalien, Zatar)

Dalian is a Jet Pilots dream... I find armor gets no where on that map. The others mentioned dont feature China.

100 best rounds appears to mean that you get into the Top Scores for the round list. i.e. you get Top Engineer, or Top Medic, Or Top anything else...flag capture etc etc. This is the TOP it is talking about...and you need to make it into this list while playing as USMC.

It has nothing to do with 100 points in a round. Except that on 100 points in a round, you probably made it into that list :)

Nah mate thats wrong.

It has to be over 100 score, the other day I managed a 99 being commander on wake and it shot my stat up to 99 for the peoples medallion.

All I need for my Navy Cross is to log a few more hours with US side (9 hours in fact) and I'll get my cross coz back in the day it was not uncommon to blackhawk up to 173 per round as supply guy in pilot seat.
If you look at my best score per rounds they are the same as the % on my medal requirements.

play as commander on any map as an engineer and go back and sit with your assests. (UAV, SCAN, ARTY) Keep the UAV's going for the players, but use the scan feature to see if anyone is coming to blow up your toys.

Wait for them to try to C4 their first target and go kill them. Or you can let them blow up a couple of targets and then go kill them. Save the supply drops for the troops and use your wrench to repair your stuff. Keep protecting your stuff, dropping arty on targerts, and keep the troops happy with supply drops.

Also throw mines around the area cause people will always try to drive in and blow up your stuff or take your flag point.

If you play on a 32 or 64 you should be able to nail 100. Even easier if you get the win cause its points X2.

I got a 166 on Karkand the other day doing this.

I usually play assault and get rifle kills and take flags, if you have a good squad you can break 100, just takes a little more patience and good teamwork.
