Ok, I'm not exactly an air-player and I've been hearing a lot of buzz about the J10 somehow being superior to other jets. Could somebody explain to me why this is so?

Apparently alot of the Flyers think the J-10 is "imbalanced" to other aircraft including the f-18 and f-35. As a ground pounder i have noticed it is one quick little plane.
(This might be a F-4 vs. Mig-21 complaint, but i am not sure)

Mainly because it can turn far faster, annd a2a missiles bounce of it 99% of the time.

Ah. I've been hearing some people say that they've been getting more hits on J10s with their missiles now. Can anybody confirm this?

I can't confirm. I was able to shoot down the J-10 more often, but I seemed to also be flying against a n00b. So, I'd have to 'conduct some more research'. In the name of SCIENCE!

The F35B cas been fixed (or is it the J10 that has been fixed) - basically you are able to shoot down a J10 with your F35B missles now, the only problem is the manouvaribility of the J10. If you have a J10 behind you it's nearly impossible to shake it off. But F35B missles do hit the J10 now, not only that, but other jets hit the J10 as well.

Yea, at first after the patch was released I was playing and my missles were still bouncing off the J10. But last night I got in game again and I was knocking the J10 out easy. So yea it has been fixed. Keep playing and you'll notice it.

Its fine, j10 vs f18 is a challange, AA missles do hit, trust me i got my exp AA on the US side

If you lock on a J10 while he still going straight missles will hit even if he turns, i been shooting down j10s since before 1.3

For the choppers you need another kind of skill. I don't want it to be easy to take choopers out. I'm happy with how it is at the moment and it ain't that hard to take them out.

I've found that lobbing missiles at a chopper at 700 knots is a bad idea. They miss every time.

Solution:

Whiz past them and turn around after you're a good distance away. Head back towards the chopper, but cut your throttle to zero so you're almost stalling. Once you have tone and they've fired their flares, launch all your missiles.

J-10 has better turning radius so the f-35 can never really hit them and also up to 1.3 (IF its been fixed in 1.3) 1/6 missiles might hit the j-10 even if it goes straight lol its just stupid...
