Ahh ok, didnt know about a 34 minute requirement, that may be it (but I am sure I have put in that much time IAR by now) allthough 95% of the time I am on a 64 person server and they dont last that long. Thanks, thats a lead definately worth looking in to

Thank you all for the suggestions, have some ideas to try now (Course have WoW guild raids tonight but tomorrow I'll get a good chacne to see what I am missing) :lol:

Just go into any RANKED server today. You'll get it.

You DO NOT need 34 minutes IAR. The first 1.3 Server I joined, I got the Combat and Marksman within 30 seconds.

I can confirm that the Combat Infantry medal does not (now) have a 34 minute play IAR requirement attached to it - my brother got his as soon as he joined a server after patching to 1.3, no time to log 34 minutes play first.

You're right - they did have a 34 minute requirement as well, but that has now been removed.

Buzz - what version are you running? If your stats are correct as I said in my previous post and you last played on 22 May (Monday) - ie before the 1.3 patch was out - then you will have been playing to 1.22 rules, right? In which case you would have still needed the 34 mins. Now though, that requirement has been dropped. I suspect you haven't patched yet (or at least haven't played a ranked round since patching anyway) and therefore you haven't yet played a round with these new requirements in force. Do that, and you should get it.

If, however, you've already patched to 1.3 and played on a 1.3 ranked server and still not got it, I'll stfu cuz I'm out of ideas... Lol.

You used to need 500 hours and the IAR time. You would have needed a couple hundred more than what you have now. Now you will get it the first time you play on a ranked.

Good point Jnick, hadnt researched 1.3 at all but what I've read in the last 2 days Im sure if I patch an log in now I am due for several medals

Makes me one of the disappointed one's that actually valued these awards as a way of seeing where I stood with straight out game play

edit: nope havent patched yet, may have mentioned earlier I am a casual player and was a crappy week at work, havent had time till now .... and its woW night anyway

Okay, so you're still on 1.22. That's why you haven't got the medal yet. You have to actually log in (on version 1.3) to get the award.

hehe ya I am a die hard MMORPG raider, EQ for like 5 years than WoW when I ran out of stuff to kill in EQ. Course Ive ran out of still to kill in WoW now too till the expansion

FPS games are usually for when I am POed at someone and would rather just blow some ^$%# up than work at something :laugh:
