I checked the usage and it was 6-7mb of RAM, so I wouldn't think so.

welll it is the mod cause i have gone through mostly everythink else

and ever sence i uninstalled the mod my computer is not freezings when playing bf2 anymore

That error just means it didn't have a proper ip to send. I get that too sometimes. Nothing to worry about. I think your problem is else ware.

Hello peoples i would just like you guys no that i have seem 2 be having problems with the mod like it works fine but i seem 2 be getting this error

oh n by the way i find that the mod starts using 100% cpu use if i alt+F4 out of bf2

Try What I did. Right click the program (bf2 lcd) and click on the compatibility tab. Then check "Run this program as an administrator" and "Run this program in compatible mode for Windows XP" (optional I think), and that should do the trick.

I'm using vista 64bit home. The only problem I've seen is that the help popups on the GUI don't work under vista.

It could be your clicking on a server that isn't returning any info (ip changes but the other stats stay the same). Theres no reason a reinstall will fix your issue. The app works the same each time you run it. Check your firewall settings, and run as admin if your using UAC.


@ GhostDog. The SquadName acutually doesn't work, lol. It was left in accidentally when porting it over from BF2142. It doesn't do anything. The grenade count will be off as PR uses a different keyboard key for grenades.

Also you can edit the icons or make your own to a size you like. You'll find all the icons in the apps main folder \icons.

@JTF2_darkloop. I don't plan to add heath and ammo count as it's on the screen already.

I'm running Vista 32 and it's not pulling the data/info. Do I need to put it in another directory?

Thank you so much Blood Gunner. I feel like a complete retard now. I checked the run this mode compatible with XP but forgot to try the run as admin as well. This fixed my problem. Again, thank you very much. Your program works like a charm now.

I have a problem with this applet. I'm currently running vista ultimate 64. Here is the problem. It works fine the first time. After a new installation, I can click on a server and page 1/4 will display the server name, ping, players, ip, etc. However, after I reboot the computer, I run the program, and the first page will only display the first sever that I have on my favorites list. No mater what I'll do, it stays the same. I have to reinstall the program in order to get it to refresh the first page every time I click on a new server.
