Hey all,

so the patch gives me CTD,

I uninstall the lot, now when I install SF over Vanilla im getting "PATCHING FAILED" so im not convinced my subsequent patches are right...

Anyone else experienced this, should I carry on to 1.3? or do I need to reinstall windowz ?

install battlefield and all expansions first, then dload the complete 1.3 patch (its huge) and run that, see if that helps. and make sure to close anything you dont need running, espically virus programs. use Ctrl+alt+del to open task manager, then click processes tab, you only "need" 20-25 processes, so if you have more than that filter thru and see whats running that shouldnt be.

Edit: Sorry, but I'm getting a little tired of these threads poppin up constantly. There's a full support section that you could be reading/posting in. Chances are very high that the problem you are having has already been resolved by someone else.

For example, install the FULL patch.
