Install order?

Hey guys . . .

I was just wondering what the new install order for the game is?

Obviously BF2 first, then SF, however where does Euro Force fit in? It normally asks for patch 1.12 or 1.21 (i forget which). So would this mean I install BF2, SF, then 1.3 FULL and THEN Euro Force?

I tried looking on EAs forums but there was no word on this .

I usually install in this order:
bf2 vanilla
bf2 SF
Patch 1.22
Euro Force

Sub in 1.22 for 1.3 and you should be just fine.

Hope this clears it up for you!

I had an issue with EF booster since I installed it after I had installed the 1.22 patch.

I could not get into all the maps because I kept getting the "unmodified content" boot from the EF servers. It did not do it on every EF map just the majority!!

EA said that eventhough I installed the 1.22 patch on my system, that I needed to do it again after installing the EF booster. So I did and everything is now working great!

So your order should be
BF2
SF
EF
1.3 full (since 1.22 is now obsolete)

Thanks, however that won't work as EF needs at least 1.21 installed.

bf2> SF/1.21 (does at same time)>1.3>EF
if it doesn't work
bf2> SF/1.21 (does at same time)>1.22>EF>1.3

It should theoretically work the first way though.

Actually SF patches to 1.1, although 1.1 was never released as a standalone patch.

It will work but the first 1.3 is unnecessary.

You can go BF2 > SF > 1.3
