New patch will not install!

I have rtebooted my computer and everything and this stupid new patch will not install!

This isn't a very useful post at all.
Are you getting an error message?
Did you remember to revert any modified content you might have?
Did you shut down background apps like anti-virus and chat programs?
Have you gone to the support pages to see if maybe your problem has already been adressed?

I get the open file security screen, I click run, then nothing happens.

And how long did you wait?
Are you using the full version of the patch (highly recomend that, BTW)?
Are you sure you've got a real patch and didn't just own yourself with a trojen?

simple, dont download it. from what i see its just makin everybody frustrated and very angry. and its not workin for me either.

This happens with every patch.
The vast majority of the time, the user is doing something wrong.

BTW, if it litterally didn't do anything when you ran the patch and you got it from someplace other than an offical EA site, you should be running a full virus check RIGHT FRIGGEN NOW!
