filecloud wont work!!!

I just bought a membership at filecloud so i can download at full speed,now that i'm a member the "begin download" button doesnt work..i click it and nothing happens.

can someone please help me.

Yeah, I'm not a big Filecloud fan either.
You might try their site for trouble shooting.
Makes more sence, doesn't it?

I've been using a paid filecloud subscription for over a year now with not one problem. I have downloaded and uploaded files from TX, CA, NV, and CO, all perfectly.

The only thing that I do not like is that my friends can only download files that I have on my site at 100k. I think that if I place files for friends (make them private files), they should be able to download them at a faster rate...but whatever.

BTW, I use firefox with filecloud. I "ONLY" use IE when I need something from the MS site.
