pYura, your pics in the OP - some of them say "you killed [so-and-so] (+2 bonus)"... Any idea what the "bonus" was? I presume two bonus points as well as your two combat points for the kill, but why...?

hes using a modified localization file which tells you when you get points and who killed who with what, etc. see this thread:

I can answer that. He has changed his files so that it shows up how many points he's just received for a certain action (and more stuff is changed too probably). There was a tutorial (sticky) that gives instructions, but it is down until further notice.

I dont know why he would use the word 'bonus.' All that is telling him is that he got 2 points for killing someone, not that he got the 2 points Plus 2 extra points. He just modified it to say "+2 bonus" whenever he killed someone so he knew what was going on.

It looks like I have the Combat Infantry medal waiting for me when I get home. Veteran Air Defense/Ground Defense/Transport should all be easy to get tonight also.

Don't count on having awards waiting for you. I supposedly have expert knife waiting for me, but I've just played four or five rounds on four or five different ranked servers after patching, and not one of them gave it to me. I give up... I've been trying for ages to get basic knife before I get promoted - I'm currently on about 19,200 points and want First Sergeant, not Master Sergeant. I have the global requirements now stated for the badges, but none came. Master Sergeant it is then...

Well I got my knife badge ages ago and my pistol badge and worked like everyone else very hard to gain these two badges. Bit, cheesed off why they lowered it but I guess its due to the amount of people who could not get it :laugh:
