Lightning.fx not found after upgrading to 1.3

Any ideas since everything worked perfectly before even uninstalled the racing mod that was on it before upgrading to 1.3 and noticed that the shaders map is empty to begin with.

Yep you were right after re installing the full update the problem was fixed.

It happens to certain fubared versions of the incremental, make sure it is 82,3 megs or something alike, and not 60
