I wanted to see if it would be possible to spawn block/destroy a chopper with the drops, yep, it works quite well:



I would also assume that you could use these drops to spawn point block players (red dot) without having to drive all the way out there.

Can a jeep dropped on armor, destroy the armor? I would assume that it would hurt it severely.

lol i think they can i was just playing around before a sever started and the commander on the other side said he droped one on a empty tank and it blew it up...lol have to go and see for my self

Calm down guys, it's only a Vodnik/Hummer or buggy. Just go anti tank and blow it to bits. Now if there was tank air drops, then it would be really interesting.

Vehicle drop madness

Having a lot of fun dropping vehicles. In this pic (happened a sec too late) I dropped a vehicle on a guy and killed him. Then one of my guys gets on the gun and starts to go to town.

I also droped a vehicle on a copter healing at pad! I did that a few times.

Then I switched to BF2 regular and started to put them on runways!

I don’t think this is what they had in mind when they made this… But it’s fun!

Wow I can just imagine when you get in a jet a commander drops a jeep infront of you instead of one of your teammates standing infront of you. Commanders dropping jeeps on Snipers too.

Sounds like we need a test... can you jump out of an aircraft and land into a falling vehicle that is being chuted in by the commander?

Exactly...

And then...can your team spawn on you...

Also wondering if you can plant C4 on it before you land...also wondering if CDR gets any points for it...if someone requests a vehicle and you give it to them...is that a point (like supply drop). Or if they get in it...do you get a point?

Air dropping vehicles is a bad idea.

There are locations where a .50 just shouldn't be placed.
