TK punish mod to not punish clanmembers

Okay, the problem is, that some ppls are a bit disrespectfull to rules, so we TK 'em But that a bit ruin the score and when it happen on start of the game, one easily get kicked from the server.

So, I searching for a Python capable programmer, who can mod the TK punish thing to do NOT punish members, witch could be defined - probably easiest way - include a txt file with nicks that can't be punished.

It will be great if it won't even allow the selection for punish, but not necessary at all.


Anyone did it? Heard about mod like this?

so you want a mod so you can TK people on your server and not get punished?

PUNISH DOES NOT EFFECT YOUR SCORE!! You will still get negative points for the tk...noob

lol what a solution. reminds me of parents who beat their children for doing something wrong then wonder why their children grow up all f'd up...

i've got an idea, if you do something wrong on my server, i'll do something wrong to you! then you'll learn!!!!! yeah!!!!

I guess you could do it, but anyone could fake your clan tags and have free reign.

Attila - well, yes, that is the possible disadvantage, but we can deal with it - kick/ban for abusing clan tags is common on almost all clanservers I know.
Anyway, to cure even this possibility, I suggested that the "unpunishable" nicks will be written all into txt file. New members get added, old removed. That way one can fake clan tag and still won't get "free TK zone"

DuffMan - exactly. Some poor souls there need to grow up, learn and earn some respect. The score downgrading after TK is pretty visible anyway and mainly there is the problem, that server kick frequent teamkillers.
Therefore we need this mod

I still don't understand why you "need" this mod to allow you to TK people at random without recourse... If they're breaking the rules on your server, and that is your "reason" for TKing them, why not simply kick them from the server? It's less frustrating for your victim than getting TK'd over and over again, and it doesn't give you negative points. Surely that's a better result all round...?

And, as was said, whether the person punishes you or not has no relevance to the score you get. It's always the same regardless of whether they forgive or not.

Why don't you just kick those people from your server instead of tk'ing them? Also, how does that make things "better" and you the better person?

Gav & [ht].ken - it is not about the score, but for not being kicked out of the server And using admin console is so slow, so I TK rather - fast :p

turn off tkp's or ff.
to make yourself immune especially when your the ones being asshats, is wrong.

Tking for any reason is wrong. Use in game admin from BF2cc site to do kicking or warning people on fly.
If you want to give your members green light to tk people good luck with getting people to play on your server. I bet it will be empty after week or sooner and you will see post here bitching about your server. That is just stupid idea.

Here's a solution: Set your punish kick/ban limit to 99 so the punishes don't do anything (since they don't lower your score).

If you want your clan to stop getting punished for team killing I would whole heartedly suggest your clan learn to play the game correctly. I <3 statwhoring clans!
