Hello,
I just wanted to let everyone know about our new venture in League gaming, Battlefield 2 Frontline League.
It is a Battlefield 2-League which had it's official start on 1st of May.
You can find some preview screenshots here:
The Admin staff that stands behind the Frontline League (FL) did also
run the very successful Vengeance League http://www.mw4vl.com ,
a MechWarrior league that started in 2000 and has almost 200.000 logged battles
to date.
FL is not, like usual, split into "ladders", instead, every match
size - from 4v4 to 32v32 is available and can be played upon negotiating
it with the opposing team.
Each game consists of two seperate rounds on the same Map. After the first
round, teams are swapped. At the end of round two, Tickets and Kills are
added up to determine the winner and the final score for both teams.
Currently, we are working on several addons, i.e. on including several
of the most popular mods into the league automation.
Additionally, there will be our own chat system in the near future which will allow
for "pick-up-games" without lengthy negotiations through eMail.
A first test version of the chat is planned for end of June.
I'd be happy to welcome your clan to FL.
In case you have further questions, you can contact me through my email at judge@bf2fl.com
