hi all
remember all the times I bragged, as proud dad about my son in Bf2?
well - he was doing so good, I did not want to shout everytime he did something good!
eg
not when he made major (hmmm . . . maybe I did that 1 )
but not when he made Lt. Col, or even full Colonel
or when he got his 4th Good Conduct Medal
or 2nd Combat Action Medal
or Medal of Valor
and is only 14 engineer points from Meritorious Service Medal
or 780 golds 493 silvers or 424 bronze
7.4 KDR in Armor // 6.9 KDR as aviator // 2.5+ on the ground
yeah - I know, any one of these are not too hard = but for a pre-teen?
hope his accomplishments are not minimized with new patch
in any event =- he just made it into the top 500 global last week
at least that won't change:salute:

as I said - just a lowly captain in the game - but still a proud dad :yay:

well
for those that missed my last announcement
he does do well in school = 4.o GPA
all advanced classes , including HS chem and physics and algebra
(he is pre-middle school)
he is active in church and in community events
and has played on several teams
baseball, basketball, bowling (avg about 130) and pick-up games in touch football

he never plays BF2 alone - I am always with him
not just playing for points = but learning teamwork , tactics, interacting with clan mates and other visitors, reacting to dynamic situations, etc

but anyway - thanks for the 'concerned' comments
I too might have thought the same things without these explanations
