Unmodified Content error - help!

Since using battlelauncher I get the unmodified content error when trying to join servers, how can i fix this without re-installing?

You should have used the forum search for this problem dude, its well documented! but anyway, i had the same problem and found it was my patch. Downloaded it via the official EA downloader and ran it again, never seen that problem since.

I did use the search button thx, and the patch isnt my problem, it worked fine before i used battlelauncher. I tried downloading a diferent patch anyway and I still have the problem.
