they really mean the same thing.. it just matters what preference i believe. But i think "Movie" is more formal than "Video" -

^Agreed. Also, a video is maybe a compilation. Stunts, gameplay, etc. A Movie tells a story.Comment

Yep, that's right.
Everybody has their own preferences.
A movie (cinematic) tells a story, one story.
A video is unscripted (may have a script but it's not a scene by scene type of thing) examples: Stunts, gameplay, music "video".
Stage Show - difficult to tell apart from video but there are key features like an intro, breaks, it's would be very structured with clearly defined beginnings and endings and a continuous theme.
Teaser Trailer - lots of sneak peaks, shots would last only a few seconds each.
Theoretical Trailer - more action, more glamour than a teaser. Trailers might have a side story of progression into "what's the deal" type of thing. I could fill up a big paragraph on this... Nah!
