why is it so much screaming about reporting ppl all the time? we dont get money, the higher the rank gets or something .. some may call the ranks a respect- meter but.. The badges should be put into two categories: .
1. "Knife/pistol badge earned playing in different servers"(Have proven him/herself worthy in combat)
2."knife/pistol badge earned in a Pistol/knife server only"(therefore no real skill to attain it)

I finally got over 50 kills...time to go for 7 ina a round to get my Vet badge...guess I'll hit a knife/pistol only server now...NOT!

Anyways, this guy might not be who he says he is and further more his stats dont equate a 'stat padder' in the first place, unless he's recently been reset.

ea wont wait til he has forty five thousand points. they resetted me once i hit gunnery sergeant.

It was just a joke. I was just making a point how EA can wait so long to reset stats like people with 200,000 points, saying "we saw you stat padded 50 points the first week the game came out".

well theres "douche" (is that really a word people use?) bags every where lol and with 117 pistol kills which make up 12% of his total kills he may not be the best stat padder lol but give him some time it looks like hes only just learning and yes it might not be him posting

he clearly didnt even read any responses to this thread, since he is currently playing a knife/pistol/paddle server right now if you check his bf2s ID, posted ion the first page:

I monitored so many knife/pistol servers myself, so many high ranking players push their stats there.... I don't know why you believe EA resets players other than those in the top25. I reported 7 statpadders so far, only one got reset...
How can somebody get to colonel or major and not be resetted playing on such servers? Well, I guess EA got pretty lazy and doesn't care for much other than selling us more bf-franchise.....
From my experience the only way to get resetted is to send a screenshot of yourself cheating to IndianScout...

How can they shut down a server. Some one is paying for them. Best they should be able to do is ignore the feed from servers that are high points and knifes. That way no one would need to worry about all this BS if by accident they stumble into a server that is against ROE. Roughly 50% of player in my opinion dont even know what the ROE is.

shut them down? no, but they can probably unrank them. I agree about players not knowing the rules, but if the server name is "knife and pistols", then the admin *should* know the roe rules. I mean if your buying a ranked server you are probably told the ranked rules.

They should just ignore the feed from those servers and reset only stat padders that revive and kill each other. Thats it. Not reset you for playing in a server.

what tends to happen is a report is made, and the GSP notified, the GSP when then temp shut down the server and notify the person leasing it.

they are informed of the ROE rules,

if they continue to run the server illegally the GSP will then shut the server down..

or

EA will delist the server, and the GSP notified, if the server is still ran illegally it will stay delisted and as you know no one is going to continue to pay for a server that is unranked..

How do you deal with High Points servers?I know about 16 players on a 64 map. Wat about 32 players on 64 map and 52 players on 64 map?

it was to my knowledge that if ur on a knife and pistol server and you dont use the knife or pistol its not stat padding. lets say u use medic to heal or support to give ammo. or the server isnt illeagl if 1 person is using a reg gun.Were one of thos servers a aod clan or something like that?I havent had the time to write 1 down but ill do it today and report it in.even tho half of the ppl dont do knife and pistol

Somehow "high-point 16/64" servers are not concidered stat-padding, but 64-player pistol/knife servers are...

Same difference in my opinion, but I'm sure so lame-arse flamer will refute me right about.....
