"Base rape" is not a bug either. Only newbies whines about it, because they want to spawn at a place where they believe nobody can kill them. Its a game, I'm going to get where you are and kill you, even if there is a red circle on the base.

If it is not considered a "bug" then why would it even need to be fixed? In theory a patch is designed to "fix bugs". He did not need to say it as it was automatically implied.

So you are saying patches don't fix gameplay issues and imbalances? Every patch Dice has released have fixed gamplay issues and imbalances while not fixing bugs and sometimes creating new ones.

EA didn't get your memo I guess.
