Non-US/ UK servers??

Hi,

I need and would appreciate any help. I usually play on US east coast, and UK servers, with a ping of about 230, its not because of my PC, my PC is top notch, its because of my geographical location. Does anyone here know of a server somewhere in Southern Europe, or Turkey??

There are 4000+ serves to pick from.... just sort them by ping.

Have you tried German ,France, Portugal, Spain ,Italy servers?

Cant find any when I search for servers. There is also something strange recently, a huge reduction in the number of servers, at least, in my case.

Ok, I hope you installed all updates and stuff you need.
Connect to middle-Europe servers - Your ping must be very high when you connect to an American serv! Dood: there are over 8.100 km between Turkey and America!

Exactly, I think I have missed on the 1.22 patch, downloading right now. My geographical problem is really unsolvable, unless Ive got light speed internet connection, which I sure dont.

The question is, do you know of any east/ south european servers, preferably Turkish servers? May I have their ip's plz.

There are loads of Europe servers, obviously not running without latest patch
Im from UK and get good ping to anywhere in Europe

How do I know what version of the game ive got, im not sure if I installed 1.22 or not, as Ive quite playing BF2 a long time ago, and now ive returned. The numbers on the game page on the top right are nonsense!!??
