i think people dont understand that yes this is a game, but its a game of war. guy camping the chopper in a truck? snipe him. guy base raping the carrier? learn how to use essex. i am really sick of these ****ty admins and rules that dont allow us to play the game the way it was ment to be played. people need to understand that this is a warzone, theres no "safe" zone.

Admins don't like spawnkilling...

technically its not spawnkilling because the enemy was not in direct view when they spawned.

lots of servers state in the rules no spawn killing, check the rules next time...

We have it on there when you load, as well as in the in game messages, and STILL people bitch when they get kicked for it. How many warnings do you need?

I dont care about spawnkilling, d-diving, etc. but if this isn't spawnkilling....

dont just read it, visualise it. if hes at the entrance of the helipad, enemys spawn on the sides of the building, the mountain blocks the left side and the right side is out of view. he must have worded it wrong because they had to move into his view.

Well any spawncamper can then say they were too lazy to move their tank/apc/whatever near enough to a flag to actually capture it; therefore blasting the spawning players over and over.

This isn't an excuse really... how hard is it to just hit the W button?

you are retarded, armor is a combat support weapon, not an assault weapon. they arent meant to be used to capture flags. they are supposed to kill the enemy/keep the enemy busy/and deal with armor. honestly, learn your weapons man.

If its their server, they can make any rule they like. They are paying real world money for their server & then letting you use it for free. If you think they are being ****ty, then take your ungrateful ass to another server.

thats all good and nice except this is ranked servers. the roe needs a clause saying no server specific rules. i wouldnt mind if it was like 1/4 of the servers but its getting to be most servers that have outlandish rules. "you cant attack me now, im not ready yet!". lol wtf.

QFT true.

You were obviously breaking the server rules. As someone said above. We have this rule, it comes up on loading and at least once every 2 minutes in game, yet people still feel the need to ignore it. If you dont like the rules, go somewhere else. I suggest an EA server. They seem to like the whole Uncap raping thing.

Because they're to cheap to get someone to actively admin their own servers. They dont complain when they get our two and a half grand a year for our ranked servers. If they wanted players to rape uncaps they wouldnt allow server owners to set No Uncap raping rules...yet they do.

They couldnt give a **** so long as they get their money. We have a community of over 1000 members, we have probably double that amount who regularly play on our servers. And not one of those regulars complains about our rules, in fact, they come back precisely because of our rules.

The people who complain about such rules are generally those who consistenly enjoy breaking them (to get as many meaningless 'points' as possible)

Thats fine, but do it on a server where the admins and other players couldnt give a crap (like EA servers)

Did I miss someone saying this was a ranked server I sometimes read too quickly & miss stuff. If ranked, then your right, if unranked then anything goes.

sigh, ive played this game since it came out, i dont care about points anymore, i care about the win and about serving the role my team needs the most. playing with this rule in place is like playing blindfolded, without learning the tactics needed to win in a normal enviornment. why exactly do you think theres commander assets and defence equipment at uncaptureables? i dont go around base raping just to get points. if im spec ops, i should be allowed to blow up the commander assets and kill anyone in my way. sabatoge at base means theres less heat on my team, meaning i am serving a role. same goes for jets, the key role of fighter aircraft is air supremacy. if i take out all aircraft and i see no land targets, theres absolutly no reason i shouldnt attack the ship.

the real problem is that people dont know how to play or are unwilling to play correctly and that the game isnt balanced enough. flares and aa dont work consistantly for each airframe, thus gameplay imbalance creates an air supremacy scenario that isnt escapeable. the other problem is the human factor, lets take wake island for instance, everyone spawns on deck and tries to get a heli or jet, meanwhile the j10 is enroute to take out the airforce, i took a boat over to shore as a SL at the start of the round, and i alone spawned here, the airforce is destroyed and i am left fighting alone, basiclly people are greedy and stupid. thats why base rape is acceptable. because people need to stop worrying about whos gonna get the plane, but rather they need to take cover and man defences untill its clear to take off.

with the rules you have set, none of these things come into play, people end up sitting on deck while thier team needs help fighting.

i respect server rules for the most part, and dont play on servers with such rules generaly.

was playin sharki peninsula, so i thought i would nosi over to blow up the uav thingy so i drove across parked up no mec about so i walk over planted the c4 blew it up, but i couldnt be bothered to drive back so i got a truck parked it across the entrance to the helli pad climbed into the gun turrett.
The boys in the mec hellicopter got killed so evertime they spawned i shot them must have shot each of them 4 times then bang i get kicked no warning wtf i dont think i did nothing wrong, just too lazy to drive back.

Spawn camping/base raping is not cool dude. You should have destroyed their equipment and then left. I think you have to stop poking so much smot and stop being so friggin lazy...
