Starting UAE Server

I'm living in the UAE at the moment, and it’s almost impossible to get a server with a ping lower than 150 :cry:

I need to start my own server but I need help, Should I use BF2cc? I have tried but I’m not getting how to use it...

Problems,
-I have created a network game through the dedicated server no problem, but the internet ones just don’t appear in the game finder.
-I have downloaded BF2cc, read the manual, but it’s not making much sense to me...

Details,
-My internet connection is 2mb
-My connection is running through 1gbps network
-I have my network IP and my internet IP

Questions,
-If I decide to use my network server as the BF2 server, would I need to by a new copy of BF2?
-Do I need to run the BF2 Dedicated Server along side BF2cc?
-Will I be able to connect through my network?
-Will I be able to create a Ranked Server?




Help would be appreciated by me and all the UAE Battlefield community

Im not an expert on all this. There is a service provider that can turn your server into a ranked one, and they have these requriements for 64 player server with voip. 10 mbit UPLOAD. You said 2 mb, i hope that was upload. Cause usually, a 2 mbit down line means around 300 kbps up, which is way to little.
