stats not updating

I have been playing for the last few days, in a few of my favorite (ranked) servers. but for some reason my stats have not increased at all, nothing has been updated and it has been days.

wondering if anyone else had this problem or is it just me?, i have not got any score, kills or deaths, or metals at all.

I played some BF2 this afternoon and my stats updated. Unfortunately, I don't know the reason why yours aren't.
