Check out this crazy ass glitch

[Punisher18]

I have 2 screenshots.. It was weird as hell, and i lagged out the ass but only when i brought up my commander menu. Whenever i zoomed on the map it always zoomed towards me and than once i got to the final zoom(where you see the action) it showed what i was seeing outside of the commander menu.
It was so weird. here are the screenshots.

i could move the scope to. Like what you see in the second screenshot, i was able to move my mouse, and when the on screen pointer moved so did my weapon, but i cuoldnt fire.
