Speaking as a non-clanner on the public servers, I agree with this rule. I don't mind being owned by a clan if that's the way the "dice were tossed" so to speak, but if your switching for the express purpose of having better teamwork than the other team, then yes, I think a kick is in order. It's public for Christs sake. You can't expect a non-clanner to even join a squad, let alone work with a team to win. Half of them don't even use VOIP. That gives you a HUGE advantage and I know it seems stupid because: "Kicked for teamwork!", but still... give us public players a chance.

And that is why we do it. If 6 clan members come in, and switch so they can all be on the same team, then the members of that team get switched, which is not fair to them.

I've changed the in server message to

Rules: Use auto-join, stay where the server puts you. No intentional TK/TW.

No racist or bigoted remarks. Leave your politics and religion at the door.

No profanity. Don't argue with admins.

We play to have fun. If you are a clan that needs to be on the same team, this may not be the server for you.

This goes off in server chat around every 20 minutes

It says when you join the server to use auto-join.

It doesn't seem to help. We had another clan, =1A=, I think, that came into the server, were split up, and then proceeded to switch to all be on the same team. They were told that changing from were the server put them could get them kicked. The server switched 2 of the 6 and they immediately switched back to be on the same team. They were then kicked, and of course they came back with the 'we were rolling you', blah, blah, blah. It was a close game, 72-68, their team losing.

After the 'you f**s, type of remarks they were banned.

Is it that hard to understand that this is a pub server, and there for EVERYONES enjoyment, not just clans that want to play on the same side?

Is this an unreasonable request?

We play to have fun. If you are a clan that needs to be on the same team, this may not be the server for you.

So I guess they want you to play on opposite teams with the people you're on comms with

yeah it's a lot of fun using teamspeak when on opposite sides...everyone isn't talking anymore, because you don't want to give your buds any hint of what you're doing...

about the only thing said on TS is complaining when your buddy kills you :)

you keep posting that, like it some sort of accolade to your abilities, and then go on to explain that they aren't very good. So which is it? You are good or they sucked? Oh yeah I forgot "I am that damn good"

whats the point on being on a clan if your still getting swapped to the other team...this is bull....I get ****ed as it is when our team is winning and I have the high score and when it is like 250-10 or something I get swapped...
