No, not necceserily. It is in fact possible that im standing by a jet (have been waiting for 5 minutes), and you come around, as you have just been blown out of your DPV, and figured you wanted "my" jet. So you TK me. Very possibly, happens all the time.

No, shooting a friendly in war is far from acceptable. Usually, those who screw around are those who TK. If you shoot a friendly in combat, i can almost asure you that you will either be killed yourself, or sent to court where you will be found guilty of treason.
