looked like the frame of an F-15, you sure it's not some ballistic missle outfitted with lookalike jet frame? Never even heard of that being done, but thats waht it looks like.

Yeah right ... nice try... that is someone superimposing a jet over a SLBM test launch.

An SLBM (Sea Launched Ballistic Missile) is a missile fired from a submarine. It uses compressed air to launch the missile above the surface of the water, then the missile's engine fires and it usually wobbles a bit before taking its initial trajectory.
