Are team points something special??

If I'm part of a squad and we have a total of maybe 300 points?! I still won't meet my 50 point requirement for some of the ribbons I want to get, why not?!

Are team points different from normal points (kills, captures, revives, etc..)?

A kill of any sort is +2 Global points

Flag capture (complete) +4 Team ponits +4 Global points
Heal,revive,supply, ect. Is positive points both global, and team

So, just because your team has 300team points, does not mean you scored any at all....and yes they are important

Team points are all points other than those for kills (combat points) or commander. Badges/ribbons with team point requirements are not based on how many points the team got, just your own points from things other than kills or commanding.
