Yes this happens to me quite a lot and all the members of my clan I have even lost some really decent medals too, about the mod I think he could have worded it better he sounds a bit over zealous .

Well, I've just strived and finally got myself another and it's updated no problems.

Looks like I am doomed forever in regards to my missing GCM.

Stats are working fine for me. It seems some servers can take forever to get your stats whereas others are there straight away after you finish the round. I know I can play a round on our server, then after the next map loads go into the stats and they are there straight away.

the thing is if u play in a server, get the star , but bfhq didnt update it right away after u log off the server u played in, then u go into another server right away and didnt get the star, the stat system will save the newest stat always so it will remember only the rounds and points u got when u didnt get the star. ive lost many gold because of this.

It doesn't work that way. The server sends all the stats at the end of the round. Whether you play for 5 mins, get kicked 5 mins from the end, get kicked and come back on and your points are still there it doesn't matter. At the end of the round the server sends all the stats for the players that were connected during that round. The only time this doesn't happen is if the server crashes sometime during that round.

I had it miss my points for 3 days...but they came back when I showed I did not care...LOL...and mine was 300+...LOL...I guess showing you don't care must help...
