Tuesday is normally the day when they do, so it is possible. I won't hold my breath though.

It's Tuesday.

The US server network is in its regular, weekly maintainance period. The reason it did this last time was because... it was a Tuesday.

That's because you're all expecting the patch today, so it's going to be busy. With lots of eager gamers expecting a patch, any community manager worth their salt should know to expect a busy day.

And no, this is neither a confirmation nor denial whether the patch is due today.
