BlackOps server is stupid

So I was just playing on Blackops Platoon East Coast server. Its a total joke. They put all there guys, 15 or so on one side along with the best players that aren't blackops. After a few minutes our best player had 1 kill and 2 points. There best had 18 points and the average was 6. I tried complaining that they shouldn't stack teams and they should make the server enjoyable for guests. They got all mad and told me to find another server.

They should spread out their clan memeber so they can have a fun fair fight. Currently its just them in about 15 vehicles baseraping the main...

When I did finally get a AH I promptly kiled two of their clan memebers in the other AH. I was kicked and given the message "keep it up and you'll find a new server to play on"

I shall never return.

Yeah I noticed the same thing last time I played on that server. They just stack the teams, and steamroll through every round. Just avoid the server.
They're just making a bad name for how skillless their clan is.

Being the XO of the BlackOps Platoon I'd like to answer the topic starter.

First of we are a tight knit bunch of gamers that enjoy playing online games with other TEAM orienated members. We just don't play BF2 currently we have members playing COD2, Fighter Ace, Aces High, America's Army and Command and Conquer just to name a few.

Some of us have known each other for years and have come to be best friends so why shouldn't we play as a TEAM. The whole idea to being in a clan is to play with other's that work as a TEAM and are TEAM orienated.

Yes we are a clan and yes we do run a clan server that's public. On ocassions we do own the map because we play as a TEAM and yes on occassions we lose as a team.

I have a question for you. If you joined a ranked server that wasn't ran by a clan and got owned like the way you and your team did would you still come into the forums and post your complaint ?

I've played on other servers and had some team mates that couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag or spent the whole game tking each other over the equipment.

Which would you want ? A clan or team mates that works as TEAM or a bunch of tkers fighting over the vechiles ?

I'm sure he would prefer to have a TEAM who works likea TEAM, but i believe his complaint is that everyone who works as a TEAM is on one side, and all the homicidal paper bags are on the other.

The original poster does have a point. Sometimes it's hella frustrating to be a pubber on a clan server when the clan is on and kicking ass. I sometimes feel a bit guilty when playing with fellow R2s and being on a role. I know we're annoying people and sometimes just owning round after round is boring. Fortunatly, we've got some non-R2s that like to play on our server and constantly give us a run for the money.

Ya might try balancing your clan out with known skilled players. Try to get the top non-clan players to play against you. Chances are, they'll know how to work together and give you a serious challange. Ya might lose a round or two, but what the hell... a game you can't lose is meaningless.

Keeps ya ramping up your game too.

What does this question have anything to do with the original complaint? I understand you wanting to play as a team, but stacking 15+ blackops members on one side ruins the game. You can still play as a team with 7-8 on each side and actually make the round fair.

Obviously someone would prefer a non Tking team, but thats not the issue here is it? The point is, your clan stacks on one side and regularly dominates the game, round after round. You win because you work as a team, but the other side doesnt have the connections you as a clan share, and cannot operate at the same level of cooperation you guys can. Its your server, but you should understand its unfair for the people on the other side.

As for team stacking, it happens just about everywhere you go. Wargimp brought me to R2, and he's right, the server is usually pretty even.

As for blackops... heh. yep. played there once. Never again. I was of course on the suck team and got PWNED. But that didn't make me nearly as angry as the guys TKing for vehicles, stat padding and generally screwing off giving the home team an even bigger advantage. It was laughable after a while.

I think BlackOps has a good server. I play on there occasionally (when it isn't full, actually) and it can be very enjoyable.

Simple solution really, don't play there anymore.It's their sandbox, they can do what they want.

BF2CC should implement autobalancing based on rank in addition to player numbers. No one goes into any server to get totally owned. Casual as well as competitive players want to play clean and fair game. It's a double edged sword.

There is more than 1 blackops clan though. There is the "Honda-Tech" [HT] Blackops server and that one does blow indeed.

I played on Blackops before, it was cool, didn't really notice it, since maybe there wasn't too many of them at the time, but i do know about team stacking. It sucks to be on the reciving end, like someone said sometimes some people just can't fight for **** and all they do is tk for equipment, i am trying to be neutral here, but next time go to their forum and voice your consern. Also voice it on the game, maybe if you are desent they will move you over to the team oriented side.

In fact, my clan have told me off for playing on the opposing side to them, more often than with them!

What can I say, I like the challenge :)

A totally one sided fight is no fight at all. A victory under those circumstances is not that at all..hollow, empty..pointless..

18 points is only 9 kills, which is barely anything.
agreed though, stacking is a problem on a majority of servers.
