Im into online gaming on BF2 and CS:S and I always try and look for fun servers. So, sometimes, when looking on the net, people put down what I believe are server IPs. This may sound really stupid, but what do you do with those? I just downloaded the Totalbf2 map pack 1 and I can't find servers for it, and then I saw that they IPs are put down somewhere, but what do I do with those? I'm sure its pretty simple, and help is much appreciated!

Multiplayer > Connect to IP > (type it in)
an IP is a server's network address. You tell the game which server to connect to. -

yes you can use copy and paste
copy the IP to the clipboard and paste it into BF2 using CTRL + VComment

I'm not psychic, dunno unless you tell us what error you got
basically it looks like a valid IP and Port.
in case you couldn't connect: the server may be down (taken offline) of course
use gamemonitor to search for other servers that maybe run the mappacksComment

Thank you very very much. I think they aren't hosting the server anymore, but now I know about IPs and with that program I can find other servers with the map pack. Thanks again and hope to see you in combat some day!Comment
