Ok to prove to myself i was right about the j10 not being the almighty jet a lot people whine it is i played DALIAN PLANT last night.. i got in a jet on the carrier, there were 2 really good pilots in j10's i kept shooting them down, the only time they got me is when it was 2 vs 1 i would get one of them and his wingman would get me.

I am an average pilot so if i can shoot down good pilots the j10 DOES NOT OWN THE SKY!

In that case I dissagree that there were 2 really good pilots.

I keep taking the J10s out of the sky too, with so so pilots in them. But once I notice that there are GOOD pilots in the sky, I hide, and only come out to strike (like a mouse hehe :P) - even then, once the pilot has me in his view, I'm dead (or somehow manage to get away, but that is rear with good pilots in J10)

I was on Wake a few days ago, and I made J10s drop like flies out of the skies, because the pilots were total noobs.

another poster with an opinion on the J-10 based on 1 map with 2 alleged "pro" J-10 pilots. This thread has about as much credibility as Pamela Anderson in a convent.

I'd love to see people complain how the F-18 is the most unbalanced jet in the game, even worse then the J-10. Oh right, I forgot, no body complains when it's an American vehicle that is overpowered because they only play FREAKIN USMC, so they aren't on the receiving end of it.

Well these pilots were good I know good pilots when I see them my clan has some of the best...it's all about who is flying not what theya re flying...

I feel like a complete noob if I get shot down in a J10 by another plane, especially an F-35. If you were consistently shooting down J10s, then they were noobs. I generally don't like flying against J10s since a noob can usually shoot down an F35 with relative ease. The key to surviving in a F35 is speed and altitude. It will never out turn or evade a decent J10 pilot, end of story. I have never encountered any F-35 pilot that I couldn't shoot down. Note, most good pilots try to stick to the Chinese side if there's going to be dogfighting. The only plane that can hang with the J10 is the F18 and that is still fairly easy to take out.

If you are in anything other than the j10, you have to use the afterburner to keep up while turning.

I got on a 24/7 dalian the other night

All the j10 wanna be piolets would stay on the PLA side every time the round would start over, team switch

I however would jump on the F35, i was winning, i had the most points, kills, all by j10 kills. I shot a few down with missles too, mostly with the cannon.

A skilled piolet can take down a j10, a noob piolet can handle the j10.

Once i would jump on the j10, the only thing that could hit me was the Essex, but i never tried getting close to it.

some people here always pretend that they can take down J10 with cannon and what not, but it only works if the enemy flies in a straight line and doesn't check his six.

all told, whenever you shot down a j10, you know the pilot has just bought the game.

Nope, i shot down high ranking with it, since they think they are in a j10 they think they are untouchable. Even after flairs missle will hit, if you get lucky, i have hit j10s with missles as they were turning.

I dont pretend what i can do...

You guys are thinking to hard on Wake.

Just take away the Chinese airbase and the J-10 loses their ability to repair and rearm.

Then wait. They'll either have to bail or fly around hopelessly waiting for their teammates to recapture the airfield.

I hate to break this to you, but carrier base ramping does not a good J10 pilot make.
