commander hack

I saw a hack today whereby a player was posing as a commander when he wasn't commanding. Our team had 2 commanders, myself and some other guy. I was the official one, whilst he was using some sort of code to get his points doubled at the end.

Anyone else seen this?

yeah i have seen it but not for points. i have seen them drop arty every two seconds and supplys. pretty lame.

Well they updated the commander hack for 1.30...happened just now.



Does anyone know if you have to be alive to use the hack?

I've seen this also. Yes I belive you need to be alive to do it. I've heard that it does not have to be the commander on either side doing it, meaning that it could be any player that is hacking and using the commander role.

They also have UAV and Artillery every 15 seconds too. We had no commander yet someone was dropping supplies for themselves and artillery:

haha, i jus saw the commander hack too, didnt believe it untill nw. i got no ss though, cos wen i typed the word, 'hack' i got kicked for saying banned word. "£$%*$%&*!
anyway, i was commander from the beginning of the round n sometime later, this guy called 'Fear specops' http://bf2s.com/player/68194858/
also became commander! it jus suddenly said 'New commander on duty' ! but im also commander still n can c that he was commander too!

Hack this, hack that! Why is it fun cheating!? It sucks, I like feeling the adrenaline of earning somthing lol! I never knew about this one, thanks for the inform.
