Dont you miss HIGH grass? just think how cool would it be to capter flag after flag in Zatar Vetlands hiding in a big wheatfield coverd from tanks/helicopters/planes.
prone: your are fully unseen (even to UAV)
crouch: your head is out and you can see where you are
stand: you are half out of the grass

I saw it in some mods:

but wouldnt it be EASY for EA to give it with the next patch?!

Try project reality (www.realitymod.com). Some of the maps there has long grass. But hell yes, i wish it came to ordinary bf2 as well. Picture wake with 1,30 meters of grass. Cool?

And you'd have to jump to see over the grass. Would've confused everyone, but still. Bet EA would have had to allowed shooting while jumping then.... Anyone wanna mod wake into having that type of grass? PLEASE???

I love high grass in BF2, dude! It's just really hard to hold the keyboard, mouse and bong all at the same time... wait a second...

You don't have a choice for people like me. No, I hate it. In BFV it seemed like there was always some smacktard willing to hide in the tall grass for 20 minutes to get one kill. I hated being on teams with people like that.

when i saw some traielrs for BF2, well b4 it was released there were a few maps which had high grass, which looked cool, but those maps never came out. It would have been cool, especially for ambushes & snipers.

I miss it. Don't forget, it's a lot easy to snipe in tall grass as well. I would be happy if they just added it to the tops of hills to make it easier to snipe and not be seen.

i have project reality, and if anyone has played jungle fever, that map has tall greass and it has huge lag, almost 20fps killer for me. plus, the draw distance is only like 30m anyway, so it is easy for people to find you. I wish the grass would stay the same as it is right now, just have the draw distance increased for it...

it would be nice to have long grass, but the bf2 engine is crap, a person is only hidden by grass if the enemy is stood right next to them, go further away and ALL THE ****ING GRASS DISAPEARS leaving you 100% visible!

Unseen by UAV? Dude, you can be spotted by UAV in a BUILDING (oddly enough). Come to think of it, that's something they should change. Anyway, I don't know how I'd feel about high grass. I never go BFV, so I don't know.
