Chocie settings for graphics for best gameplay.

After reading the guys thread earlier about view distance and hearing you guys respond about how high geometry assist in expanding the view past 100% max and also how high effects help with flying I was wondering what choice settings are.

I can run pretty much all on high yet I dont due to the fact that it seems lighting and shadows does more to get me killed then anything else since they allow enemies to hide in the shadows and such.

So could anyone list the premium settings for best game play?
I dont want bells and whistles or stuff that makes me think Im staring at reality not a game, just graphics settings for peak performance in gameplay.

I would run the game on max setting my computer can take. I might get +2kills/round but the game experience will be poor...

Ok here it goes:
First use resulotion of at least 1280*1024 with at least 2AA 16AF and VSync ON !!

ingame settings:

terrian: low (so the enemy can hide in the bushes)
effects: high (you can track jet smoke easier)
geometry: high (you spot the E. from disance)
texture: medium (loads fast and looks ok)
lighting: low (so the E. van hide in the shadows
dynamics shadow: low (good performance)
dynamics lights: low (-"-)
view distance: 100% (self-explonary)
