Getting Medals

Okay, I want to get loads of medals & ranks. I'm only Pvt 1st Class & farily new to the game so can you tell me the best way to get medals?

BTW I only have 1 medal (Basic Assualt medal)

Pick on and work tword it....Say, basic assult combat...Play as assult until you get it, then move on to spec-ops, or whatever

Just work tword one at a time...and some will pop up randomly

UBAR is incorrect about many things, and rarely updates when the requirements are changed. For example, it still says that the requirements for the SF Service Medals are 4,500 Hours.

If you want to find out the correct stats, go to www.bf2player.com, type in your player name, and it will tell you all of the requirements you need for each award and how close you are to earn it.

At least UBAR is correct at one thing, and thats the damage count on the M95. Many sites claim that it does 190 damage, which it doesnt. It takes 95 damage like all the other bolt action rifles. But a headshot is 190, but thats the same for all rifles.
