Is it just me or is the BFHQ broken or something...

I bought SF today around ten hours ago. installed it . patched it with 1.22 and ive been playing it

Im a staff sergeant and i wanted to unlock the sf weapons.

i played a few rounds

still no unlocks...
played on vanillabf2 some rounds...no unlock
by this time. ive had some awards such as armored service ribbon and a gold star and ingame points...

it is now about eight hours since i started playing and ive been playing since then...
to this time.... i have yet to see ANY changes with my stats... in terms of points..awards...unlocks...
ive already received the basic anti tank specialist TWICE!!

Now is it just me or are people having the same problems right around now...?

bfhq brainfarts on the weekends, sometime takes anywhere from 2- 24 hrs for it to update

Just stat pad, its the fastest way, and nobody will accuse you of stat padding. You got 15,000 knife kills in 1 day? Its cause youre good.

there are a few that report never seeing their points or awards theyve accumulated at times like this....i wonder if EA is doing anything about this...
some say just wait a night or two...
well ill go to sleep now. and ill tell you guys if i get my points or not by tomorrow.

this is so frustrating... i had to get the vet medic heal badge thrice the other night... jeez....

No points that I have gotten today have updated yet, still a few hundred and some medals, badges and ribbons from almost a week ago too although I reearned most of the awards already.. I guess its good to see its not just me.

Dude, you don't need to search. The BFHQ updates have been really slow the last 2-3days. Stats for the rounds I have played the last few days, haven't shown up until the next day, but they eventually show up.

I know this will anger the, "Use the search feature" Nazi's by giving you an answer instead of the standard response you usually see here.

This is more than just the typical weekend BFHQ lagg issue...

For more than over a week now, there are badges ribbons and points that have not been awarded to my account since they did that elusive medal revamp for SF and handed out a few thousand navy crosses along with the other updates in time requirement being less now.

However those badges/medlas have shown.. the new ones aquired since that update havent.. I assumed since it was during the weekend.. all would be fixed eventually.

Well the day they did that I aquired Marksman Infantry along with a few others like Vertern Engineer Combat for BF2 and SF.. but hadnt gained the repair points for Vetern Engineer yet.. so I thought well maybe I cant get those even though the game popped up showing I had, until I also get those repair point.. I did and they still wouldnt show all week anywhere.. not BFHQ nor any of the Stat sites.

Also to top that off, after a very long good round in Karkand.. my buddy and I were tank whoring it up.. I never use tanks mostly jets jeeps boats and choppers. But we were having a ball owning Karkand with armor instead of hoofing it on foot for once.. needless to say I gained AGAIN the Marksman infantry the Armor ribbon and the Vetern Engineer Combat.. I screenshot them again to add with the prior EXACT same awards I got last week.. what a mess up.

Since the begining, the awards have always showed up.. until this last effort from EA to satisfy all the "I dont have hours to play" complainers out there.. I mean come on. I only play a couple hours on average a day more on weekends but even I can obtain these hour requirements.. just give it time people... lol I suppose your the types that start out working for a business in the mail room and expect to run the corporate headquarters the very next week.. bleh..

The point here being that even though the lagg or time issue for updating stats occurs.. never like this.. Even things like hours spent on certain vehicles has not updated properly..

Any one else have this specific issue..

#1 Having to regain awards already earned a week ago
#2 Not having certain stats updating since a week or so

Lets hear at least one.. that way I know it wasnt something strange on this end..

Yes I play on Ranked and am very knowledgeable about setting in game Filters to play on ranked with PB only. So its not a matter of any thing like that.. It has always worked well before.. whats up EA?

You need to logoff and exit BF2 and then fire it up again. Then you'll see your unlocks.
