Can't join a server

Sup guys, i got a problem here, for some reason i can't join a server, and punkbuster kicks me out and it says Inadequet O/S privilages, can anybody help me and tell me what that means?

you must have admin rights on your PC.

Start->Control Panel->User Accounts. should say your name and under that it says wether ur an admin or not.

i had that problem, and i solved it by getting this program of some sort ...

You must be an admin on your computer..if not PB will kick you,

Start>Control Panel>User Accounts, if it is your parents PC have them lend a hand if its yours, well, i hope this points you in well enough direction.

Edit:Silly me.....you will have to make your self an "Administrator" on that PC.

lol,what make you think that pb kick msg means high ping???

like the post above says ,you need to be a admin of youre cpu.
