lol, i like em both as much as each over, but more over to the bf2 side, as its more realistic, and much more to do than halo but i got used of halo, as everyone is my class plays halo (well most of my class)

I like Halo's single player and the multiplayer is fun, but no where as long lasting as the BF series has been for me.

Also, Halo runs like absolute crap on my computer and playing online was great when lag would just freeze the whole game until it caught up.

Halo is really fun (runs smooth as silk, always at 60fps) but bf2 has a lot more and is just more fun to play, even though it runs like crap compared to halo.

Maybe if M$ hadn't stolen Halo from originally debuting on the PC instead of the Xbox I'd own it, or even play it regularly. Since they did, BF2 owns Halo.

HALO is way to slow paced for me. It's like double slow motion and it drives me completely nuts!

After I found the HALO map editor it was cool for about 3 days making the warthog do about 500MPH, after that I removed it off my system. I now have it for sale if someone wants it.

Halo is a completely different type of shooter than bf2, you can jump like 10 feet in the air while in bf2 its only like 2, you have fricken shields that recharge so you can take alot of shots but as long as you don't lose health its practically like you were never shot at....

The rocket launcher is incredibly powerful, and o yeah you can just jump to avoid the explosion lol halo is sooo stupid....

Im not one of those idiots who thinks all sci fi stuff is stupid, but halo is just lame, the only reason its so popular is because its so simple....

They're both completely different, but I think BF2 is better... Halo has the worst netcode of any game I've played. Basically one big lagfest no matter where I play, and it's a game that relies on precision shooting with the super pistol from long range to get most of your kills. Halo is better played in a LAN. Now Marathon, that's one of the greatest multiplayer games of all time and it's basically what Halo was modeled after. Halo is just the kind of game better played with friends.

Halo's online lag actually worked out great because aimbots didn't work. I hope Halo 2 and 3 for PC have the same lag.

I prefer Halo over BF2 gameplay. Ironically, it's faster paced arcade killing even though you run slow. BF2 has a better life span despite the lack of mods. Halo could have been way better as a PC port. The maps are small, it runs like crap, it looks like crap, and Halo CE failed. The only thing it has going for it is the gameplay which is well balanced although highly unrealistic, which doesn't matter because it isn't the point. The Halo 2 port better be Halo 3 to make up for the long ass wait.

I agree with your statement about how it runs and yes on SOME maps bf2 action is so much slower than halo like dragon valley or operation clean sweep where you have to run like a mile to get to the action just to die lol...
