Making fraps videos smaller?

I made one and it was like 300MB. How do I make it smaller? like small as possible for a 30 second video?

@Way21337 there are several options you can use.
1. Use windows movie maker to compress it, as far as i know all computers with XP have this software. Just import your clip and then choose "save movie file" and you can choose how big you want the finished thing to be.

2. You can use virtual Dub ( www.virtualdub.org ) , a free piece of compression software. For directions on how to use this see my sticky thread here - http://www.totalbf2.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66761

btw, what is the difference between RAD video tools and virtualdub?

Both are compression software.

I have never used Rad so I wouldn't know.
But it shouldn't make any difference as its the codec that is used for compression e.g. DivX , not the software.
