how can i join a buddy from xfire. by clicking the join game button, but it does not work.

make sure your cd is in. it works for me. you have to type in your username and password too when the little box comes up.

right click on their name, click join game

I think my brother has the same problem sometimes. One possible problem is if either you or your friend changed the name of bf2.exe, then X-Fire won't let you join through it.
