I probably had about 700-800 knife kills before getting my expert. I love gutting people.

I had around 200/250 before going for my expert badge which I thought was impossible. Currently at 266 and still counting. It's a blast at times sneaking up behind some one and useing the knife.

As other's have posted best way to get it is on a 64 player (Karkand) server that is about a quarter/half full and run around useing just the knife. Same can be said for the Pistol Badge, but that's a different story.

Go here www.bf2s.com enter your bf2 nick name and then your stats will come up. Then point with the mouse over the medal , badge or ribbion which you would like to earn . And it will tell you exactly what to do , to get it. And how far you away from earning it.

I had over 200 kills when I got it. And I started trying for it once I hit 100.

My KDR went down 0.3 and my SPM went down 0.4........ *yawn*

Your KDR is more than 1 whats the problem?

thats right......i tried finding an unranked knife and pistol for practice, but i could only find ranked ones.....and i dont care about my k/d ratio enough to stoop to that level

LOL, I forgot that I had one too. Pulled it out a few weeks ago and remembered that I was pretty handy with it. If I want to use it now, I pull about 9+ kills a round if I really get ****ed (without trying hard). I would hate to have to go back for my Expert, but it is possible, because everytime I tried to get it, I got like 15+ kills with the knife.

Got my Expert about @110+ kills. I was trying hard for it before I had the requirements.

Knife is easier than pistol IMO. One hit your dead, pistol you need to shoot them 6-7 times before they go down. I don't recall how many kills I had when I got mine but I screenshot that baby =)

If you wanna get your badge, I suggest using Engineer exclusively for a couple of days. Because of the shotties range you need to get up close.

Knife is easier than pistol IMO.

Hell ya, you need to be quick if you are going to pull off a pistol kill. There is more pride in someways for the pistol and ordinance.

Only thing that annoys me is having to stab someone 2-3 times before the hit registers... and sometimes dying because of it.

967 knife kills. got it around 100-200

P.S - 354 shock paddle kills :P I loved to shock people when I use to use medic.
