It allows players to not fire a single shot EVER. There are diffrent varities.. but most are basically.. if you come within a 180 degree visual arc of the aim botter.. your dead. He will automatically aim and kill you with a headshot.
This is considered a major hack... and if your found using one.. you can get your id's banned and kiss your account good bye.Comment

...so far nobody has mentioned that they don't actually work well.
It is cheating to the extreme and anybody who would actually consider using one is a complete and utter loser.
